Life’s second (or third, or fourth) chapters don’t come with a map — but they do come with possibilities. This 3-part series is designed for women who are ready to shake off what no longer fits and discover fresh energy, clarity, and confidence. Each workshop offers a different angle: clearing out what drains you, turning your caretaking skills inward, and finding direction by first deciding what you don’t want. Attend one, two, or all three — each stands alone and offers its own insights, so you can join wherever it works for you with Sylvia Theisen.

Sylvia Theisen is a local certified Life Coach who helps women design the next (and best!) chapter of their lives. A former psychotherapist to Fortune 500 companies and author of the book Break the Rules: Creating the Life You Crave, she believes it’s never too late to create meaningful change. When she’s not coaching, Sylvia can be found hiking, traveling, and shaking things up — always with a sense of curiosity and adventure.

(10/22) Workshop #1: What Are You Tolerating? How to Stop Settling and Start Living
We all put up with things that quietly drain our energy — from jam-packed calendars to underwhelming relationships (like that friend who still thinks a one-hour monologue about her life counts as “catching up”). In this workshop, we’ll get honest about what’s been weighing you down or annoying you, and explore simple ways to ease the burden. You’ll walk away with fresh tools to protect your energy, say “no” without guilt, and create more space for what truly matters.

(10/29) Workshop #2: You’ve Mastered Caring for Others — Now It’s Your Turn
Most women are experts at showing up for everyone else — family, friends, work, you name it. You’ve mastered the art of juggling, solving, and showing up. But what if you took even a fraction of that time and energy and devoted it to yourself? In this workshop, we’ll flip the script and explore how to use the same patience, resourcefulness, and compassion you’ve given others — to finally give yourself the attention you deserve. Think of it as moving yourself from the bottom of your own list straight to the top, where you’ve always belonged.

(11/05) Workshop #3: Getting Unstuck: Start With What You Don’t Want
If you’re tired of asking yourself “What’s my purpose? What’s my passion?” — and coming up blank — you’re not alone. When life feels uncertain, the pressure to figure out exactly what you do want can feel overwhelming. Sometimes the simplest way forward is to start with the opposite — getting clear on what you’re done with. In this workshop, we’ll sort through the habits, obligations, and “shoulds” that no longer fit, and use that clarity to point you toward what’s next. Think of it as cleaning out the closet of your life: once you know what doesn’t belong, it’s a whole lot easier to see what does.
